Shipping policy
Thank you for supporting our small business! Because everything on our store is custom-printed to order just for you, our shipping process works a little differently than traditional retail stores.
Fulfillment Time vs. Shipping Time Every order goes through two phases before arriving at your door:

Fulfillment (Production): It takes 2–5 business days to print and quality-check your custom items.

Shipping (Transit): Once printed, your order is handed over to a carrier (like USPS or DHL). Domestic shipping typically takes 3–6 business days. International shipping can take 10–20 business days depending on your location.
Please note: Total delivery time is Fulfillment Time + Shipping Time.
Tracking Your Order You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking link as soon as your order leaves the fulfillment center. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking status to update on the carrier's website.
Multiple Packages (Split Shipments) To get your items to you as fast as possible, orders containing multiple different types of products (for example, a t-shirt and a mug) may be shipped in separate packages. Do not panic if one item arrives before the other!
Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders) International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees collected by your country's customs department. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer. We have no control over these fees and cannot predict what they may be.
Incorrect Addresses & Lost Packages Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If tracking shows your package was delivered but you cannot find it, please contact the carrier directly before reaching out to us.
